No Refunds & Exchanges

All artworks are printed and framed to order, which means each piece is made just for you. As such, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please double-check the artwork dimensions, your doorway/lift access, and your selected frame and size before purchasing. If you have any questions or need guidance, we’re always happy to help before you check out.

In the rare case of damage during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the issue, and we’ll do our best to assist.
